Types of Airspace
Class A:
High-altitude controlled airspace (18,000 FT or More)
Class B:
Surrounds the nation’s busiest airports. Highly controlled, nicknamed (Upside-down Wedding Cake)
(10,000 Ft or More)
Class C:
Airspace around Regional airports with moderate traffic.
(4,000 Ft or More)
Classes A,B,C Require Air Traffic Control Authorization
Class D:
Surrounds smaller towered airports.
(2,500 Ft or More)
Class E:
Controlled airspace that fills the gaps between other classes.
(700 Ft, 1,200 Ft or More)
Class G: Uncontrolled.
This class is prominently where you would operate in residential/ secluded areas for recreational flight.
You should avoid Classes A,B,C,D anyway. These airspaces may see you as an UFO!

Summary of Regulations

FAA Part 103
An "Ultralight Vehicle" (eVTOL)- the NASSIRATTI HOVERING DEVICE(s) in this case- doesn't require a License or medical certificate to operate.
You'll need a TRUST Certification.
If you have your FMCSA CDL medical cert. that's a bonus!
These devices are engineered to be very safe for any responsible pilot- speed, weight, and integrated algorithms are optimized so you never worry about your ambitions falling into fear.

UAS: Unmanned Aircraft Systems "without any human riding it"
There are plans to create NASSIRATTI agriculture, filmography, search/rescue assistance small UAS Products. The remote pilot cert. isn't required for MAs (Manned Aircraft) but highly suggested for more serious safety/ instrument training. It's required for any UAS over 0.55 LBS with Remote ID. It's a simple process:
-Take the 14 CFR 107 knowledge test
-Complete TSA vetting (Clearance)
